This is a gorilla army battle flag from Beneath the Planet of the Apes (1970). 

In this exciting sequel to the Planet of the Apes (1968), astronaut Brent is sent to rescue Taylor but he crash lands just like Taylor did in the first film.  Brent and Nova then venture into the Forbidden Zone to try and find Taylor who has disappeared. 

A cult of humans is discovered who are worried about the growing gorilla army and their recent movements. Tension mounts to an epic battle between ape and man deep in the depths of the planet.
