This Roman fresco dates from about 50 CE and comes from Pompeii. It portrays a high-class Pompeian woman, expensively dressed with gold-threaded hair and large gold earrings, bringing a stylus to her mouth and holding a wax tablet. It is commonly called “Sappho”.
Her go-to tee fits like a well-loved favorite, featuring a slim feminine fit. Additionally, it is really comfortable – an item to fall in love with.
