At Geeky Tee Shirt, your items are custom-made just for you. We are not an off-the-shelf mass-production company.
As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within one week of receipt at email@example.com with details of the product and a picture or pictures clearly showing the defect.
Upon receipt of your photograph(s), we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund, store credit, or a replacement as a result of the defect. We will also let you know if we require the item to be returned to us before issuing a replacement or a refund. Returning any items will be at your cost. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
